Nice spacious suite with 1 BR, with kitchenette, two TVs, awesome gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. Pillows were very comfy and bed on the firm side. Breakfast provided with good variety of delicious food, even though it wasn't their busy time of year. Beautiful Indoor pool and hot tub available but we forgot our suits. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. 24 hr lobby store for snacks, toiletries and gifts.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in !! I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. The jacuzzi and the pool waa very relaxing & the full breakfast buffet was delicious! There was.ayoung lady there that helped me work the waffle machine!! She was very kind. Kitchen Kettle Village is not too far from here as well as the other attractions. There is an unsight Smorgasbord and Magic Dinner Theater on site. I give this hotel a five star all around!!

Best Western Plus in Paradise Pa. Breakfast was excellent. Great selections. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional room. Breakfast, and livingroom area for playing games and having pizza and reconnecting with family during a difficult time and family funeral of matriarch of family 91 years. 1954 until 2024 a Gap socialite.

Staff was exceptional from front desk to room service! Pool was clean with a spa too with towels at the pool. Breakfast was great with different gluten free items labeled daily(eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese omelettes, yogurt) and they had waffle makers and other continental breakfast items as well. Room and bathroom were very clean and hotel is updated. Centrally located for Hershey/Lancaster activities. We visited Cherry Crest adventure farm which was 5 minutes away and it was absolutely amazing!!!

Breakfast was awesome. The Location was really close to Sight and Sound and the American Music Theater which were our top two destinations on the weekend.

We were greeted with a genuine cheerfulness. The place was way above my expectations for a BW. This place was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. The price was fair. We had to leave before breakfast, but checkout was equally as pleasant as our check in. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for our overnight to attend the Sight and Sound theater. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable to entertain our grandson. Fairly priced accommodations.

Clean, comfy room/beds. Breakfast was delicious, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles along with the other breakfast foods, 24 hour coffee station, pool area, game room for kids, exercise center, super friendly staff members.
